FOR FITNESS RESULTS

Semi-Private Training

This is our most popular form of individualized attention with up to (4) members to (1) Fitness Coach ratio. You receive individualized programs to better focus on YOUR individual fitness goals.

 

Classes

Team (60min) & Small Group (45min) Classes are energetic, fun, and progressive. Our coaches watch your movements to ensure proper execution and safety.

 

Pilates Training

The great equalizer - Pilates Training is an excellent asset for improving core, proper breathing, strength, and flexibility. This directly transfers to ALL outdoor activities.

 
 

T2BB offers an excellent one month deal with no future obligation.

We take YOU for the individual you are and apply the necessary fitness tools to meet your needs & goals, not the other way around!

Other gyms often insert you into the programs they offer without considering your age, abilities, injury history, prior training…etc. T2BB is in it to customize to you.

The FMS is an assessment tool identifying any imbalance, instability, restriction in mobility, issues with motor control and general core strength as well as muscle group firing. This info is the basis for your individual program during a Trial.
